An industry veteran of over thirty years, Rob Gross has worked in every corner of the United States for a plethora of companies, from International indies to the largest majors. He has worked for Universal Music Group, Fontana, INgrooves, Dine Alone Records, Interscope Records, BMG, co-ran an independent marketing agency and currently sits at powerhouse The Syndicate as their SVP, Label Services. 
Rob has been involved in running global marketing campaigns with The Rolling Stones (2016’s Grammy award-winning Blue & Lonesome), Run The Jewels, Carly Rae Jepsen, Vanessa Carlton, Hollywood Undead, K.Flay and many more. He also finds a deeper focus in career development with artists such as The Struts, BRONCHO, Billy Raffoul, Nightly, Goodbye June and JJ Wilde.
Rob’s division at The Syndicate currently includes Warner/Rhino Records (Black Sabbath, Dio, Pantera, Rush, Ramones, Mr. Bungle, Roadrunner Records deep catalog and more), Dine Alone Records, Round Hill Records frontline (Neon Trees, Robert DeLong, Better Than Ezra, Candlebox), Stone Gossard’s (Pearl Jam) Loosegroove Records, a plethora of independent artists, a robust offering with Vydia, as well as partnerships across multiple distributors, including The Orchard, UMG, KMG, Stem and more).
