Rachel Jackson, affectionately known as “Rachie”, is a native of Atlanta, GA and alumni of Clark Atlanta University. With community servitude at the forefront of her being, she serves as a member of the Young Executives Board on behalf of Meals on Wheels Atlanta, a member of the board of advisors for Arts Help and is a member of the Kappa Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
Professionally, Rachie worked as director of A&R at Roc Nation Label before transitioning to YouTube Musicโs Artist Partnerships Team. Her priorities include providing equitable resources to the Black+ community and taking immersive interest(s) in artists at every stage of their careers, while amplifying their music releases. Speaking to this, Rachie is currently leading the communities-focused pillar of the #YouTube Black Voices Fund, a $100M fund dedicated to amplifying Black voices.
