Mark co-founded the Nettwerk Music Group with Terry McBride in 1984. Mark has steer-headed Nettwerk’s Publishing division and A&R for the company since that time.

Mark worked with artists such as Sarah Mclachlan, Avril Lavigne and then in more recent times with Delerium, Great Lake Swimmers, Frazey Ford, Passenger and many others.

Nettwerk’s philosophy is always to work as internationally as possible so Mark helped set up offices in LA, New York, Nashville, London and Hamburg and to establish strong sub-publishing relations in key territories for the company.

Most recently Nettwerk’s publishing division has had success in working with country writers in Nashville and with rock artists such as Black Stone Cherry, Young the Giant and Killswitch engage.

Outside of Nettwerk Mark’s plays cello in the Vancouver Philharmonic Orchestra, guitar in the indiepop band Cinderpop and is a published writer, his book “Tubers” being published several years ago.
