After two decades at Universal Music Canada and EMI Music Canada as Sr. Director of A&R, where he signed Serena Ryder, Shawn Hook, Wes Mack, Dear Rouge, The James Barker Band and more, Fraser Hill now leads frazietrain productions, Inc., an independent music consulting company specializing in A&R Consulting and Artist Development.
Fraser’s current client roster includes Juno-winning Indigenous artist iskwē, Country singer Karli June and Pop singer/songwriter Liam Barrack
Fraser was the A&R, Senior Director of Casting, for CTV’s The Launch music series (2018-2019) which featured up and coming artists including Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine, Poesy, Logan Staats, Saveria and Olivia Lunny
