Leigh Andrzejewski helps oversee the Music Innovation department at leading global talent, entertainment and sports company, UTA. She collaborates with the music, brand partnerships, and crossover divisions to design creative programs that elevate artists within the digital landscape. Additionally, she works on forging strategic relationships between UTA, key record labels, management groups and digital platforms. She also facilitates livestreaming opportunities, digital meet and greets, and virtual fan clubs for UTA’s full roster of music clients, working particularly closely with Name That Tune, Daughtry, St. Vincent, and Cheat Codes.
Recently, Andrzejewski organized a virtual fan club for Daughtry via the membership platform Patreon, and then closed a larger Patreon referral deal for all UTA Music and Podcasting clients. Additionally, she partnered Ruston Kelly with Mandolin for a livestream event that quadrupled Kelly’s monetary goals through ticket packaging strategy and fan engagement offerings. She also partnered Cheat Codes with various strategic promotional partners each month from September through November 2020 to coincide with their single releases for their latest album.
Prior to UTA, she was an Onsite Activation Manager at Superfly Presents, where she worked on their Sponsorships team for Bonnaroo. She also served as a Director of Volunteers and Artist Relations for Florida Music Festival, and she was an Account Executive and Operations Coordinator for PTE Productions.
