Adam Rogers is an experienced, versatile creative leader with 20 years’ experience producing and successfully launching award-winning innovative storytelling and music projects, through a variety of mediums.

A career beginning as a DVD producer for Technicolors London studio. He went on to produce groundbreaking music DVD/Blu-Ray for bands such as Depeche Mode, Franz Ferdinand, The Black Eyed Peas and The Who.

In 2008 he moved with Technicolor to their Vancouver studio. Producing finishing works for iconic films like Beyond The Black Rainbow and a number of Hollywood film and TV productions.

2012 , joining MPC as a Dept Manager he went on to build the world’s largest Matte Painting/3D environments team and successfully completed works on Oscar winning movies, such as Life of Pi.

In 2015 he worked alongside creator/visionary Tyler Hurd, and they launched the GMH VR studio where Adam was the Executive Producer. The studio went on to create the first ever full-body, multiplayer virtual reality music experience Chorus – by Justice. Other immersive music works included the award winning Chocolate – by Giraffage, Old Friend – by Future Islands.

Moving then to be Creative Producer for the pioneering volumetric capture studio, Intel Studios, where he focused on bringing to market innovative Immersive storytelling, music and sports experiences. This included the ground breaking VR music experience Runnin’ with Reggie Watts. Runnin’ premiered at Sundance’s New Frontiers, and took home SXSW’s Best Interactive Award 2019.

Adam is now Head of Studio and VP of Creative for Departure Lounge.  A Vancouver based creative and technology company, that includes a world class volumetric capture stage,, pioneering real-time creative and immersive projects.
