Steph Copeland

Electro-Pop Artist and Film Composer,
Steph Copeland is a Canadian screen composer and producer best appreciated for her work on horror and sci-fi feature films (I’ll Take your Dead, The Heretics, Let Her Out, Bed of The Dead, Bite, Antisocial 1 and 2) as well as series’ (Turning The Tables, Echappe-toi si tu Peux, Kristal Clear +) trailers and commercials (Anne of Green Gables, Mina, Pan-Am Games +) As music director, Steph produced and conducted an all female orchestral ensemble in performances opening the 2018 SOCAN Awards as well as for the “Share Her Journey” campaign at the 2018 TIFF Gala. In 2015, as producer and songwriter, Copeland released a full length electro/pop album Public Panic, which resulted in a signing with NY based publisher where she is a writer/producer for pop and electronic artists in addition to her own material.

Copeland is a classically trained vocalist and songwriter with roots at The Royal Conservatory of Music. Born and raised in Wallaceburg Ontario, Steph emerged as an electronic artist in Detroit and Los Angeles in the early 2000’s. She toured the California coastline with fellow artists hailing from Detroit where she spent time growing as an electronic producer and became acquainted with the solo stage. She continues to score films, series and commercials and co-write and produce with popular Canadian artists.
