erence began his career as a recording engineer, producer, and songwriter. He recorded many top artists including Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne, Grover Wahington Jr. and more earning multi-platinum, and Grammy participation awards. As founder of Hotbed Enterprises LLC, he specialized in early artist development and also designed systems for many recording studios, live music venues, as well as surround sound cinemas and post-production suites.


Terence transitioned to product development creating several professional audio brands and product lines for Gradus Group before joining Monster in 2014 to develop their post beats headphones.

Terence Joined Harman Luxury Audio in 2017 as Sr.Global Product Line Manager. He has been deeply involved with the Lexicon Brand’s new immersive surround sound processors and AVR's (RV6,RV9,MC10) and the Logic7 Immersion upmixer.

He continues to help artists and studios adapt to the immersive sound paradigm.
