Gray Gannaway is the founder of Quarterlab, a video network and consultancy. Quarterlab helps brands and musicians build channels, create content programming strategies, and use innovative practices to get their content discovered by as many people as possible. In addition to working with video creators, Quarterlab also helps larger media companies and IP holders effectively monetize and protect their copyrighted content on leading online video platforms. Quarterlab currently oversees video strategy for artists such as Run The Jewels, Lil Wayne, G-Eazy, Joe Budden, and Nicki Minaj, and advises online video strategy for corporate clients such as Digital Trends, Lululemon, and SonicState.

Prior to launching Quarterlab, Gray spent more than a decade in business and corporate development, strategic partnerships, licensing, and marketing. From 2003 through 2009, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for CD Baby, the world’s largest all-independent music store on the web. As the founder of Quarter Consultancy, Gray has worked with companies such as Google, Scion, CD Baby, Rap Grid, Rumblefish, and Kill Rock Stars.
