Corrine Zawaduk is an Executive Producer of Shambhala Music Festival in British Columbia. Now in its' 16th year, this family owned business continues a record sell-out and has positioned itself on the international stage as the best in its class. Shambhala peaks at 10,000 people and its economic generator brings millions to this remote corner of British Columbia called the Kootenays.

With over 15 years experience in the entertainment industry, Corrine and her family have done the impossible: they have co-created a cutting edge success without any sponsorship. Located on their working family farm they have achieved Winner of "Business of the Year 2012" awarded by the Neslon & District Chamber of Commerce , "Best Large Event in 2011 & 2012 awarded" by the Breakspoll International Breakbeat Awards, "Best Canadian" Festival by The Music Festival Junkies, and "Best Festival Website" in 2011 & 2012. In 2012, Shambhala achieved the International Festival & Events Association IFEA / Haas & Wilkerson Gold Pinacle Awards for "Best Social Media Site", "Best Miscellaneous Media" (Blog), "Best New Merchandise"(festival quilts), "Best New Product or Service" (camping accommodations).

Corrine's farm girl background includes dance, theatre and BC’s film industry. Corrine sat on the board of the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan from September 2005 to May 2008. During her time with the Arts Council, she chaired a committee to create the 1st Okanagan Arts Awards which is still successful today. Corrine taught Event Management and Promotions in the Event and Talent Management Program at The Centre for Arts and Technology in Kelowna, BC. Today she can be found speaking at international events and guest lectures at educational institutions.
