Natalie Bernardin

Driven by passion for cultural events as well as the canadian francophone music industry, from the start of her career, Natalie has partaken in the organizing of numerous events as much on a local, regional scale as on a national level. Through her various experiences, Natalie has presented workshops, conferences on a wide variety of subjects and themes showcasing her expertise. The adventure started in 1999, as a member of the artistic team of the largest winter celebration in Western Canada, le Festival du Voyageur (Winnipeg). She quickly rose to ranks as Artistic Director for a consecutive 3 years. Her devotion to her community also spilled over in her personnal life as she was involved with many community events such as Les Jeux de la francophonie canadienne 2005 as VP and Volunteer Coordinator. Natalie’s career path led her to accept the challenge of establishing the first ever Francophone presenter’s network in Western Canada (Réseau des Grands espaces), after which she was asked to be it’s first executive director. She remained at the head of this organisation for 5 consécutive years. In 2010, this young professional decided to leave her hometown of Winnipeg and accepted a new challenge working with the Association des professionnels de la chanson et de la musique (APCM) in Ottawa. It is at the head of this organisation, as its executive director that Natalie currently working.
