Claire Rosenbaum is an Artist Manager at Eggplant Entertainment, an established Toronto-based music management company founded by Patrick Sambrook (The Tragically Hip, Sarah Harmer).

Since her start in music in 2003, Claire has worked several different facets of the industry from managing international tours for critically acclaimed acts, to General Manager for premiere indie label Last Gang Records, Project Manager at the innovative Phi Music, and eventually to Eggplant Entertainment where she sharpened her focus on management side and moved from Day-to-Day Manager for some of Canada’s leading acts to building her own roster, which has included The Dears, Elizabeth & The Catapult, Duffy, Kathleen Edwards, among others, and currently focuses on guiding the careers of emerging talent NEFE and Ellevator.

Over the course of 14 years in the industry, Claire has been based in London, UK, Montreal, and Toronto, and has worked with the likes of Melissa Auf der Maur, Aqualung, Duke Special, Lindi Ortega, Terry Lynn, Crystal Castles, Arkells, Hannah Georgas, and Elliott Brood, has partnered with UK based teams to comanage Lucas DiPasquale (Riki Bleau, Avant Garde Music) and Grammy Award winning pop artist Duffy (Matthieu-Lauriot Prevost & Pierre-Jean Sebert, Miles Agency), and worked contracts with Just For Laughs and La La La Human Steps. Claire’s international network, diverse background, and varied clientele under both major and indie deals over the years, has given her insight to different sides of the evolving business, benefits of the DIY approach, and a wide knowledge of artists needs as they navigate through an ever-changing landscape.
