Adam was 15 when he attended his first local concert and has been driven towards a career in the music industry ever since.

Adam spent his high school years learning the ropes in the Hamilton music scene, and by the time of his graduation from McMaster University was working with a number of venues and promoters to produce concerts across Southern Ontario (working on shows with everyone from Steve Aoki to Albert Hammond Jr of The Strokes). His reputation lead to a stint as Tour Manager for San Sebastian on their 2010 arena tour, and in 2012 he landed at Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment as part of their newly created Music Partnerships team - a joint venture the company had embarked on with Live Nation Canada. For two years Adam focused on the development and execution of Live Nation Canada's partnership strategy with some of the world’s biggest brands, notably project managing the award winning ‘Nokia All-Access’ program that saw the creation of the Live Nation Fans digital platform. In 2014 Adam’s portfolio expanded when he became Marketing Manager for MLSE’s Live Entertainment Division, driving marketing and communication strategy for a wide array of projects including the 2016 NBA All-Star game, the launch of Drake's Sher Club at Air Canada Centre, and the development of the MLSE Live brand. In his current role as Director – Global Partnerships, Music and Live Entertainment for both MLSE and Live Nation, Adam believes strategic brand partnerships combined with a content first marketing approach will drive the music business forward to new financial and artistic heights. He is thankful for Hip-Hop music, potato chips, and the impact Nirvana had on his youth.
