Xavier was creative manager for the label department at Bonsound for 5 years before making the jump to publishing in early 2022. Since then, his role evolved into Creative Sync / A&R, working mainly but not solely on finding placement opportunities and signing new talent. He’s also been working in the field as a songwriter for the past 15 years, with different bands or as a composer for film productions.
