Tyler started in the music industry as an artist in her teenage years, performing across Canada. She started working on the business side of music at Anthem Entertainment Group/SRO Management handling day-to-day artist management and global release marketing for various emerging and legacy artists. After 7 years at Anthem/SRO, Tyler moved to ole Media Management as the Manager of Label Services. Following her time with ole, she departed the traditional path to start her own music marketing company Endemic Marketing, which has been successfully operating for over 7 years. Endemic’s goal of helping independent artists and labels with fully comprehensive release strategies and marketing support has supported campaigns with artists and music companies such as RUSH, Big Wreck, City and Colour, Jully Black, Caveboy, Vanessa Carlton, The Tea Party, Twin Flames, Natalie MacMaster & Donnell Leahy, Haley Reinhart, Shred Kelly, Adrian Sutherland, iskwē, 604 Records, Dine Alone Records, Good Lovelies, Matt Dusk, Emily Rockarts, Nick Mason (of Pink Floyd), Ishkōdé Records, Aysanabee, and festivals such as the Sawdust City Music Festival, Cultivate Festival, and the Greenbridge Celtic Folk Festival. Tyler has also spent the last 2 years as the Lead Brand and Artist Marketing Manager at Amazon Music Canada, where she spearheads all marketing campaigns including initiatives such as the SOCAN Indigenous Song Camp, festival and event sponsorships, bespoke artist marketing campaigns, the launch of Amazon Music Canada’s local Instagram channel, and the creation of the Amazon Music Bus experiential mobile activation.
