Nicholson now serves as the Managing Director of Paradise Africa Distribution, where she aims to develop African music on a worldwide scale, breaking down traditional management models. Additionally, she is working on the Africa Rising Music Conference (ARMC) to bring together top African music executives and the worldwide market.
