Romain Palmieri is the co-founder and CEO of Groover, a music promotion company empowering independent artists to get their music heard and accelerate their careers.

Since its launch in 2019, Groover has built a community of nearly 400,000 independent artists signed up to its platform from over 180 countries. More than four million feedback sessions have been made on tracks by Groover’s vetted community of 3,000 music curators and professionals. Groover is now a company of 40 people with offices in Paris and New York.

A graduate of ESSEC and UC Berkeley, Romain created Groover in 2018 with Dorian Perron & Rafaël Cohen. Before founding Groover, he co-founded the record label December Square and released music projects with his indie pop project, Sévigné.
