As the CEO of Universal Music Canada from 1998 to 2015, Lennox played a pivotal role in launching the careers of The Weeknd, Shawn Mendes, Drake, Justin Bieber, Shania Twain and Alessia Cara. Lennox then served as the President and CEO of Bell Media from 2015 to 2021, overseeing a $3.7 billion revenue business and leading a team of 7800 people. During his tenure at Bell, Lennox created strategic partnerships with iHeart Media, HBO Max , Starz , Vice and BNN Bloomberg.

He also built Crave into Canada’s premier subscriber streaming service. Lennox also led key acquisitions with Pinewood Studios and Just For Laughs. As a producer Lennox has won 8 Canadian Screen Awards , 2 Juno Awards and an Emmy Award.
