Phoebe Johnson is the Director of Digital Marketing for Ingrooves Music Group. In her role, she uses data to guide strategy, technology enhancement, and artist partnerships with Meta. She works with Ingrooves labels to tell data stories pre, during, and post-release, outlining marketing actions based on this data. Phoebe also works with the Product and Insights & Analytics teams to identify marketing strategies to automate and enhance existing marketing technology and tools. She is also the Account Director for Meta, where she uses DSP and Instagram, specifically Reels, performance insights to outline and secure partnerships with Meta for artist releases. Phoebe has worked in and around independent music since 2011.
She began her career with internships at ADA and The Agency Group and has held various positions within the industry, including SideOneDummy Records, Stem, WFUV as an audio engineer, and digital marketing agency Wpromote.
