Lindsey Hastings is a Music Agent at William Morris Endeavor, where she oversees a thriving roster on the agency’s growing Americana division. Based in Nashville, Lindsey works with a diverse array of acts including Old Crow Medicine Show, Ricky Skaggs, JD Clayton, Boy Named Banjo, Birdtalker and Jaime Wyatt. Lindsey has been a rising star at WME since joining the company in 2021 as an agent assistant & trainee, and led the signing of acclaimed 17-year-old guitarist Grace Bowers as a new client in 2023. Prior to joining WME, Lindsey was named one of Women In Music City’s Ones to Watch for her work at Paradigm, where she was a utility player at the agency’s Nashville office. She then pivoted during the pandemic years of 2020-21 to a series of roles at MAC Consulting and Anzie Blue, where she collaborated closely with founder Marcie Allen and learned first-hand the valuable role of brand partnerships in advancing artists’ careers. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Lindsey has been active in many music initiatives in her home state, from launching the FayFest concert and 5k race in Fayetteville to serving as stage manager at Little Rock’s Riverfest. Lindsey is a proud graduate of The University of Arkansas’ Sam M. Walton College of Business.
