Jess Frohman started her music career as an intern at JAZZ.FM91 Toronto, eventually ascending to Promotions Director before relocating to Los Angeles to join ICM Partners. There, she swiftly advanced from agent trainee to junior agent, achieving full agent status within three years. In 2021, Jess transitioned to CAA, where she currently serves as an Agent in the Music and Comedy Department. Despite being a Los Angeles native, Jess’s formative years in Toronto and education from York University, Concordia University, and Humber College have influenced her professional journey. Jess works with a diverse list of clients and heads up CAA’s Corporate and Private Comedy division.
