Chris Frayer has spent the last 25+ years as a talent buyer and Artistic Director for several non-profit arts organizations in Winnipeg. He has spent the last 20 years as the AD for the Winnipeg Folk Festival, overseeing programming for the 4-day annual event in July and the year-round concert series.
