He also advises record labels, artist management companies and the financial sector on streaming, A&R and commercial strategy. He previously founded several Grammy Award-winning labels, an artist management company and was VP International Marketing at Universal Music Group. He began his career in nightclub management and concert promotion. Chaz has also worked with Apple and YouTube on music projects, advised on UK government digital media policy and spoken extensively at conferences including Google Zeitgeist, MusicBiz. MIDEM and SXSW.
