Founded Bill Silva Presents in 1979 and the company has evolved from a concert promotion firm to include affiliated companies specialized in artist management, music publishing, venture investment, fashion consulting, and executive coaching and consulting. The flagship company is now known as Bill Silva Entertainment and based in Los Angeles, California.
Bill Silva Presents, a concert promotion and touring division, have produced more than 10,000 shows from small clubs to major stadiums all over the world with exclusive arrangement to produce shows at the world-famous Hollywood Bowl since 1991. The company has promoted shows by artists such as The Rolling Stones, Santana, Pearl Jam, Coldplay, Green Day, Fleetwood Mac, Barbra Streisand, Nirvana, Eric Clapton, Chance the Rapper, Dave Matthews Band, Pavarotti, The Who, Simon & Garfunkel, Devo, The Police, Pat Benatar, INXS, Diana Ross and Willie Nelson and many more. The touring division has promoted full North American concert tours for: “Up In Smoke Tour starring: Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg and Eminem,” Kylie Minogue tours in 2011 and 2013, Margaret Cho tours multiple times.
Bill Silva Management offers career direction for musical artists, comedians, athletes and other celebrity talent. Our clients across the years have included: Van Morrison, James Morrison, Jason Mraz, Linkin Park, blink-182, Christina Perri, Margaret Cho.
Silva Music Publishing was formed to facilitate and support royalty revenue collection for many of the management clients as well as to help young writers. Published number one global hits, including “I’m Yours” by Jason Mraz, “Neon Lights” by Demi Lovato, “Catch & Release” by Matt Simons.
Bill Silva Ventures is the most recent commercial endeavour within the group and was formed to deploy angel investment and guidance to startup companies. BSV invest broadly across industries and opportunities from strong consumer brands: Vuori, Vybes, Dirtea, to wellness (Genexa) and foundations for AI infrastructure (Fathom).
Bill is the former chair and a board member of MusiCares, a charitable organization affiliated with NARAS who are known as the Grammy home. Musicares provides a financial safety net for anyone who works within the music industry.
Bill is also a founding member and former board chair of trade association North American Concert Promoters Association.
