Shannon Burns is a content creator and the host of the national midday show on Virgin Radio. She received the Allan Waters Young Broadcaster of the Year Award in 2022 and has interviewed celebrities like Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, Ryan Gosling and Miley Cyrus. When she’s not hosting her show or talking to celebs she can be found on TikTok speaking on pop culture and sharing a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to work in radio. Shannon is passionate about bringing the LGBTQ+ community together by hosting queer events around Toronto and using her platform to discuss queer issues.
