Melissa Marcelino is a Sr. Director and Head of Human Resources for Rogers Sports & Media located in Toronto Ontario. She started her career in finance and analytics after earning a BBA from the Schulich School of Business, yet always gravitated toward the people side of a business problem. After switching careers to Human Resources, she has supported a variety of teams within Rogers, but her passion was with the company’s Media organization. Her 15+ years of HR experience, coupled with her financial background and business acumen positions her strongly to bring a unique perspective to the clients she supports. Melissa is also a certified coach and loves assisting people achieve their goals through meaningful action and reflection. She is a mom of 3, fur mom to a pandemic dog, and can be found binge watching content until the late hours of the evening.
