Janice brings to Rogers more than 25 years of experience in media sales, strategic direction, growth performance, people development, and leadership.

Janice is an inclusive, visionary leader with a passionate and human-centric approach. She has been in a senior leadership role at Rogers Sports & Media (RSM) for 9 years and has been recognized with a Ted Rogers Award for Leadership of people and business. Driven by a strong sense of purpose, Janice is a transformational leader who builds morale, inspires performance, and effectively motivates people through a culture of trust.

Prior to joining Rogers, Janice held leadership roles at CBC, CanWest Global, TSN & Discovery Channel.

Janice is an incredibly strong and passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity. She is the Executive Sponsor of All-IN, RSM’s all-encompassing strategy focusing on creating meaningful change for equity-deserving communities through actions tied to the strategic pillars of People, Content, Customer and Community.  She is the Executive Sponsor for RISE (the Rogers Women’s Network) and represents RSM on Rogers’ Inclusion & Diversity Council. She invests time well spent in the growth & development of employees across Rogers through various leadership programs, mentoring, coaching, executive sponsorship & guest speaking. She was an executive mentor at the Ted Rogers School of Business and participates in industry growth programs across media.
