Emily is a strategic brand builder, who has reshaped traditional Australian media organisations, and led creative and content-driven business to successfully reimagine traditional models. 

Most recently, Emily was the Director of Audience Innovation & Music Partnerships at ARN, where she uncovered and championed projects which provided opportunities for audience and brand innovation & growth, whilst also leading partnerships with the Australian music industry. 

Emily joined ARN in 2021 as General Manager of CADA, to lead the launch of a new multi-platform national youth media brand. CADA creates content for a diverse youth audience across an ecosystem that encompasses broadcast audio, podcast, video, digital and social.

Prior to ARN, Emily was the Founder and Director of Good Authority, a strategic partnerships agency and consultancy, which worked with some of the most credible voices and organisations in music and media, including Sounds Australia, TEDxSydney and Chugg Music. Emily has also led partnerships for Foxtel’s music television channels, and managed FBi Radio – Sydney’s only independent youth radio station which operates on the largest community license ever granted in Australia.
