  Canadian Music Week is pleased to announce the winners of the 1st Annual Live Music Industry Awards, which took place today at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. Presented by El Mocambo, The Live Music Industry Awards celebrate the best of the live music business sector and highlight CMW’s Live Music Summit. Hosted by Damian Abraham and Collective Concerts’ Jeff Cohen, the event featured special performances by New Swears and Kloe. Winners included Glastonbury for International Festival of the Year, WayHome Music & Arts for Best New Festival, and Montreal for Canadian Music City of the Year.
