Public Health is a Hamilton, Ontario-based post-punk/noise-rock quartet, established in January 2024. Founded upon principles of experimentation, DIY ethics, and unwavering passion for performance, the band embodies a unique musical identity. Their sonic repertoire blends raw noise, dynamic crescendos, and infectious backbeats, drawing inspiration from influential acts such as Slint, Sonic Youth, The Velvet Underground and Gang of Four. Composed entirely of young musicians, the lineup includes Jack Yanover on Lead Vocals/Guitar, Jake Quinn on Guitar, Finley Jones on Bass, and Dan Faitz on Drums.
