Jessie Alexandra is an exciting new voice on the Canadian singer/songwriter scene. With dreamy alternative/folk arrangements and thought provoking lyrics, she has crafted a debut EP that is sure to make an impact. Her first single “Another World”, Produced by Benjamin Thomas (LØLØ, Talk), explores the theme of using escapism as a diversion from reality, seeking tranquility and solace. The video for the single is Directed by MMVA Award winner Mark Myers (Arkells, Tegan & Sara). It uses dioramas crafted by Jessie’s skilled cousin, to create a miniature model of a fantasy world for Jessie to escape to. Her EP is set to release in 2023.
