Vanessa Vakharia is the lead vocalist, keytarist, co-founder and manager of Goodnight Sunrise, a kicka$$ Toronto rock band. Founded in 2011 through a love of pop hooks, EDM drops, and the raw power of classic rock, they have taken their explosive live show to over 300 audiences across Canada, US, and Europe. Vanessa is also the Founder/CEO of The Math Guru, a math & science tutoring studio geared towards helping young people work through mental health challenges that affect their joy of learning and ability to pursue their wildest dreams with reckless abandon. She regularly appears on popular media platforms as an expert in mental health in both the music industry and educational sectors. She is proud to say that she is sober AF & has officially crowned herself queen mock-tologist. Her goals are to one day open for The Foo Fighters, marry Keanu Reeves, and to convince Roland to make her a personalized keytar dripping in Swarovski crystals.
