Ryan Kruger, MBA, is a seasoned and accomplished entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the electronic music and entertainment industry. As the founder and president of Destiny, Canada’s longest-running electronic music promoter, Ryan has been instrumental in shaping the nation’s electronic music landscape. His extensive involvement in all aspects of event production, marketing, and operations has driven the success of numerous festivals and events across Canada and beyond.

Ryan’s visionary leadership and expertise led to the creation of Digital Dreams Festival, the largest electronic music festival in Canada’s history. Additionally, he founded the World Electronic Music Festival (WEMF), solidifying its place as the longest-running electronic music festival in Canadian history. Throughout his career, Ryan has held notable positions in the industry, such as the Managing Director of Electronic Nation, the electronic festival division of Live Nation Canada, and President of Breakaway Tours, Canada’s largest student travel company.

In addition to his remarkable work in electronic music, Ryan has also made a significant impact on the broader entertainment industry. He directed the event related concept development, design, and construction of AREA15, an immersive entertainment complex in Las Vegas and has successfully headed his own consulting firm, The RKET Group for over a decade. Through this venture, Ryan has consulted on various entertainment projects across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean, leveraging his vast experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry.

Ryan holds an MBA from the prestigious Schulich School of Management at York University, and is the proud father of twin boys.
