Vancouver-based singer/songwriter Rebecca Sichon (SEA – Shon) delivers a blend of R&B, Soul & Jazz in her music. Taking inspiration from the vocal acrobatics of Yebba and the grittiness of Amy Winehouse, Sichon’s voice oozes with emotion that captivates listeners.

Her latest release, “Picking Petals” (2023) was created in collaboration with 604 Records and landed on Apple Music’s “New in Pop” editorial playlist (Germany & Austria) as well as featured on EARMILK (USA, 2023). Soon after, a second single “Breaking Free” (2023) was released. After years of development and honing in on her craft, she is now working on a string of new releases all in her brand of R&B. “These new songs feel very authentic to who I am and the artist I’ve grown into. Each song represents a different emotion from my life.”

The ambitious talent has performed well over 200 shows across North America including

Toronto’s Canadian Music Week (2022 & 2023). Accolades include winning the Fraser Valley

Music Award Pop Artist of the Year (2020 & 2021) and the FVMA R&B Artist of the Year (2022).

Sichon’s eagerness to learn and network led her to recently complete the CMI Artist Entrepreneur program in Toronto which proved to be very successful. She had the opportunity to connect with industry professionals from across the country and be provided with endless amounts of valuable knowledge bound to take her career to the next stage.

Outside of being a full-time recording and performing artist, Sichon has taught piano, guitar, vocals and songwriting for over four years in hopes of inspiring and developing other aspiring artists.
