Mike Fiebach is a serial entrepreneur who has operated at the nexus of e-commerce, digital marketing, and the entertainment business for his entire 17-year career.
Most recently, Mike founded Mainfactor Inc., a pioneering e-commerce company that combines full service direct-to-consumer rights and and management for world-renowned artists, entertainers, and brands with the ownership and creation of e-commerce brands. Mainfactor is backed by world-leading e-commerce investors including Upper90, among others.
Prior to Mainfactor, Mike founded Fame House as one of the first direct-to-consumer and social media services companies in the music industry. Mike bootstrapped Fame House and landed early clients such as Eminem, Pearl Jam, Tiësto, and Ice Cube. In 2013 Mike sold Fame House to SFX Entertainment, a publicly traded company focused on consolidating the electronic music industry. Mike continued as CEO of Fame House under SFX, and built the company to millions in revenue and 40 employees. He evolved the business into a full service e-commerce and marketing agency, working with clients such as MasterCard, Anheuser-Busch, T-Mobile, and major music festivals such as Tomorrowland, while continuing to work with superstar artists.
In 2016, Mike led a sale of Fame House out of SFX Entertainment into Universal Music Group (UMG), the world’s leading music company. Under UMG, Mike grew Fame House to 150 employees, 500 e-commerce shops, and multiples of revenue growth. The Fame House clients under UMG expanded to include more major recording artists such as Lady Gaga, The Steve Miller Band, the 2Pac estate, and The Killers; record labels such as Def Jam, Interscope, Republic Records, and Island Records; and large companies including Condé Nast and American Airlines. Prior to Fame House Mike spent five years managing DJ Shadow’s operation, and he taught a fully accredited course in Direct to Consumer Commerce & Marketing at San Francisco State University.

Mike attended Temple Law School, and has a B.A. in Music Marketing and Management from San Francisco State University.
