Manager Krysstal Dhanapal graduated with Honours from Seneca Polytechnic taking two programs, Radio- Broadcasting where she received her Diploma and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
During the formative phase of her career, Krysstal undertook an internship at the esteemed radio station, Boom 97.3 FM, situated in Toronto and under the ownership of the Stingray Group. In this role, she assumed various responsibilities, including the meticulous cataloguing of incoming music sourced from leading record labels and independent artists.
Reporting directly to Troy McCollum, the Program Director, she demonstrated proficiency in managing the station’s social media platforms and facilitating the logistics of pre-recorded interviews by setting up backdrops and microphones. Furthermore, Krysstal played a pivotal role in overseeing the scheduling and monitoring of advertising activities for the station. Complementing her duties, she conducted research to furnish the station with engaging daily facts.
Guided by a deep-seated passion for music, she embarked on a transformative journey at Trebas Institute in Toronto, where she embraced the multifaceted curriculum of the Entertainment Management program. Throughout her studies, she diligently explored the intricacies of Publishing and Copyright, Artist Management, Entertainment Music Industry Overview, and Accounting, ultimately graduating with Honours, a testament to the invaluable lessons learned and the support received. Presently, she finds herself humbly refining her craft at Rammit Records, nestled within the bustling landscape of Toronto. In her role within the A&R department and artist development, she strives to contribute with dedication and integrity, recognizing the privilege of learning and growing within such a dynamic industry.
