David Frazier is co-founder and program director of Urban Nomad Film Fest and Freakout Music Fest, heading both film and music programming. He has arranged Taiwan premieres of more than 200 international films, hundreds of musical performances, and dozens of overseas performers. Originally from the US, he has lived in Taipei since 1995, working as a journalist, art and music critic (Taipei Times, Art AsiaPacific, New York Times, South China Morning Post), music festival organizer (Urban Nomad Freakout, Daniel Pearl Day), and music promoter (Diplo, Major Lazer, Guitar Wolf, Buffalo Daughter, Bob Log III).
