Dan DeCamello joined Stem in 2019 to lead business intelligence, drawn by a passion for helping artists retain control of their careers. His work includes data analysis at the artist level to help teams determine their growth strategy, and at the business level to drive operational decisions. Dan is also overseeing the buildout of independent teams for Scale (artist advances) and sales operations at Stem.
