Gloria Gift Nankunda is a professional passionate hardworking multifaceted individual of many talents. She is a skilled voiceover artist,host / MC, independent producer and the sole proprietor of Gisha Productions —a platform aiming to engage creatives in the production of award winning artistic projects in TV, film & theatre, PR and management of various events—. Above all this she has dedicated her life to the artistry of singing especially exploring folk tunes in her native language “Runyankore” . Born and raised in Uganda Gloria harnessed her artistic talents by working in different media houses as a radio host and TV news anchor, radio drama series as narrator and actress, music dance and drama choreographer at different high schools and universities in Uganda. She currently resides in Toronto where she is working tirelessly on various creative projects among them the just concluded theatre production entitled “Toronto the Good” —by Canadian playwright Andrew Moodie— which premiered in September 2018 at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre. Other significant projects in North America include: Producer/Project Manager and Performer at the African Music Week 2018 , Host and Master of Ceremonies at the International Fashion Show by Filipino World renown eco-couture designer John Ablaza, Musician/Performer at the African Fashion Week 2018 , Singer/Performer as Closing Act at Boston’s Summer Splash 2018 and Singer at Ebony Expressions 2019 in celebration of Black History Month. “I am honored to share my roots with everyone through my music and arts at large.”
