DoVira [do-VEE-ruh], which means ‘trust’ in Ukrainian, is a Canadian ethno-electro-soul group that integrates Eastern European folk music with contemporary arrangements, electronic textures, and other music influences from around the world.

Exploring the point of intersection between world folklore and contemporary music, the band’s first EP Obrys (“Outline’”) features remastered versions of their original takes on well-known folk songs. Their full-length self-titled follow-up highlighted nine exceptional guest artists, and was dubbed “world fusion at its best” by WholeNote Magazine.
