Nora Toutain is a Moroccan-English singer-songwriter based in Montreal. Her brand of synth-driven R&B seamlessly moves across genres like neo-soul, funk and jazz with hints of afro rhythms: a direct reference to her diverse cultural experiences and musical upbringing.

Nora set herself apart as a distinctive performer evolving at an impressive speed, having been introduced to the music industry in 2015 through the Kalmunity collective, with whom she performed at Montreal International Jazz Festival in 2017.
A year later, she graduated from the Vocal Jazz Performance program at University of Montreal.
Since then, she’s been working on her first record, “Grounding Place Vol. I ” with Christopher Vincent from Busty and The Bass. The album was released and positively received on Octobre 2020.
