Gideon Mountford heads up Believe's Video department, working with record labels, artists and managers to optimise and maximise their video content on YouTube and other video platforms.
Before working at Believe, Gideon started his career at Creation Management before moving over to Poptones Records where he became label manager. After leaving Poptones, Gideon moved over to Big Life Management where he worked as a marketing manager for their in-house roster. After leaving Big Life, Gideon worked as a marketing consultant to artists, labels and managers.
