Santa Monica, CA, USA
Founder and CEO of Songtradr, Inc, the curated global music rights marketplace platform, Paul is a music technology entrepreneur and creative across the music and media industries with over 25 years experience. He is an award winning record producer and songwriter having produced and/or composed music with sales in excess of 15,000,000 records including twelve number #1 albums and singles. Paul has collaborated with many Australian celebrity household names such as Vanessa Amorosi, Delta Goodrem, Human Nature, Guy Sebastian and Marcia Hines, as well as international stars such as the Backstreet Boys and Engelbert Humperdinck.

Paul founded the PLW Productions business in 1996 which specialized in contemporary music production and had early success with Vanessa Amorosi's debut album, The Power, reaching #1 on the ARIA (Australian Recording Industry Association) charts and eventually selling over a million albums internationally. Over the following decade Paul and PLW dominated Australian pop music production with 12 x #1 chart topping albums/singles and 28 x top #20 albums/singles, an unmatched achievement for an Australian music production company.

in 2006, PLW expanded into a 360 degree boutique music company with record, publishing and management divisions developing its own artists including TV star Sam Clark, who's debut single “Broken” reached #1 on the ARIA physical singles chart.

PLW was eventually acquired by ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) listed company Goconnect limited in 2010.

Paul's focus is now Songtradr, which officially launched in 2016 and today has over 175,000 artists, songwriters and catalogs utilizing its content and rights management features, licensing marketplace and distribution services. With offices in both Los Angeles and London, Songtradr licenses music to film, TV, brands, video games and many other forms of media. Paul works closely with his creative teams to ensure the needs of music supervisors are both respected and satisfied.
