Dr. Sipho Sithole holds a PhD degree in Anthropology from the University of the Witwatersrand (South Africa), a M.Sc. degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London), and a B.Sc. degree in Politics and International Relations from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania (USA).
Dr. Sithole has strategic planning and administration experience in Airport Operations, Public Transport, Radio and TV Broadcasting, Telecommunications, Film Exhibition & Music, and Sport Administration.
Dr. Sithole has held key strategic executive positions in public and private companies such as the Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA), Ericsson Telecoms, Johncom (Time Media Limited), Gallo Music Group, and the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC).

Dr. Sithole is the current Group Chief Strategy Officer at the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) and a former Chief Communications and Marketing Officer of the Local Organising Committee charged with hosting of Africa Cup of Nations 2013 and African Nations Championship 2014.

Dr. Sithole has been a director on numerous boards of directors, and is the current Chairperson of Moshito Music Conference and Exhibition, and non-executive director of Southern African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO) and a former member board of the Recording Industries of South Africa (RISA).

Dr. Sithole founded a leading independent record label, artist management and publishing company, Native Rhythms Productions.
Since establishing Native Rhythms Productions, Sipho Sithole has become a household name in South Africa and is the most sought after music producer and speaker at music markets and conferences.
Dr. Sithole has participated and presented papers in music markets in Brazil, Reunion Island, Cape Verde, Los Angeles, Paris, Wales, Morocco, Spain and at home in South Africa. He is the coordinator and founding member of the Africa Music Forum headquartered in Cape Verde.
Dr. Sithole has recently founded a talent agency, Afrocentric Agency, a home to carefully chose Pan African talent
