Graham Williams

Margin Walker Presents
Born in 1978 in Austin, TX, Graham spent his life in the city he still calls home, often referred to as the "Live Music Capital of the World." Austin was filled with venues, bands and outdoors festivals and eventually, the world's largest industry fest, SXSW. Growing up in this environment helped make music a passion of Williams' from a young age. He began collecting records and going to see bands in elementary school, which lead to playing in bands, touring, release records and putting on DIY shows, all through high school.
Not long after graduating in 1996, his hobby became a full time job when he went to work at the popular music venue, Emos. He both managed and booked the room for almost a decade and towards the end of his time at the venue, also launched Fun Fun Fun Fest, with then fest partner, Tim League and the Alamo Drafthouse Theater in 2006. Leaving in Emos 2007 to co-founded, Transmission Events (then Entertainment), which operated as one of the main independent talent buyers in Austin, TX, as well as continuing to grow FFF Fest.
In May of 2016, Williams, along with the booking and marketing team, announced the break off (and inevitable end) of Transmission Events, launched Margin Walker Presents (from the Fugazi song of the same name), who's main office is still based in Austin, with an office in Dallas, as well. MWP produces shows in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston and more, handling the calendars of some of the best venues in the state. Graham continues to book festivals, as well, booking the newly formed Sound On Sound Festival, which took the place of Fun Fun Fun Fest in early November of 2016. The now annual event was held in a Renaissance Faire just east of Austin, TX and featured a similar branding, marketing, artist line up and overall vibe of the festivals he had been booking for the past decade. Dates for 2017 have been announced (Nov 10-12).
He currently splits his time between booking, growing the company and spending time with his family, wife Audrie San Miguel and 4 yr old daughter, Atlee.
