Greg Cahn

Greg Cahn is a Music Supervisor and Singer/Songwriter based in Venice, California. He is currently the Director of Music for Los Angeles based TV/Film production company, Thinkfactory Media overseeing both Scripted and Unscripted projects. Most recently, he music supervised a 10-hour epic western mini series called Texas Rising for History Channel with original score by legendary film composers, John Debney and Bruce Broughton. Greg was nominated by the Guild of Music Supervisors for Best Original Song/Recording created for Television for George Strait's "Take Me to Texas" written by top Nashville songwriters, Brandy Clark and Shane McAnally.

Currently, he is Co-Music Supervising CMT's exciting new scripted drama, Million Dollar Quartet based on the story of Sam Phillips and Sun Records in 1950's Memphis, Tennessee, among several other projects.

Aside from Music Supervising, Greg is an active singer/songwriter with placements in a wide array of TV, Film, and Advertisement spots. He is currently in the Psychedelic Pop/Hip Hop crossover group, Breaking Heights, and has toured extensively in the last few years in other music projects with festival appearances including Lighting in a Bottle and High Sierra Music Fest.

Greg was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up listening to his mom sing the The Temptations, The Four Tops, and Aretha Franklin from the back seat of her red station wagon. It was a glorious childhood of music.
