Will joined Pandora in 2014 to lead Pandora's Corporate Strategy team, and in 2015 also took responsibility for Pandora’s international roll-out and for supporting Pandora’s current international markets in Australia and New Zealand. With its 80m monthly listeners, Pandora is the world’s most powerful music discovery platform – a place where artists find their fans and listeners find music they love. Historically constrained by its licensing model to the US and – since 2013 – Australia and New Zealand, Pandora is now working with rights holders to secure agreements for a wider international roll-out. Will is focused on ensuring that Pandora achieves a leadership position in its new markets, with distinctive and compelling offers for listeners, advertisers and music makers.

Will has 15 years leadership and commercial experience in consumer Internet, media and telecoms, with senior business development and strategy roles at Verizon Communications, Intel, the BBC and Telewest Broadband, now Virgin Media. Earlier in his career, Will was an Engagement Manager at consultancy McKinsey & Company, where he advised clients in the Media, Telecoms and Financial sectors in Europe, the US and the Middle East.
