In July 2014, Lars joined Pandora to help further leverage its scale and unique technology to create new opportunity and value for artists, labels and the entire music ecosystem and now leads the growing Music Makers Group.

In 2015 the Music Makers Group (MMG) broke new ground for artists and music industry stakeholders on Pandora, demonstrating the power of the platform to connect artists with their fans at unprecedented scale. Working with artists as diverse as Jack White, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Tim McGraw, Mumford & Sons, Fetty Wap, The Rolling Stones, and many more, MMG ran over 200 artist programs in 2015 -- from intimate underplay events to nationwide livestreams -- which artists used to build audience, promote albums, and sell tickets.

In eight years at Columbia Records, he directed digital campaigns for superstars and developing acts including Pharrell Williams, Calvin Harris, Haim, Pearl Jam, Nine Inch Nails. He ran global digital marketing for Daft Punk's Album RANDOM ACCESS MEMORIES, driving exponential growth for the artist, single and album in social and viral activity. The album debuted at #1 in the USA and in over 20 other countries, and won 5 Grammys.
