Danny Rogers

Managing Director & Founder of Laneways Festival,
Lunatic Entertainment
Surry Hills, South Wales, Australia
Danny Rogers is a widely respected figure of the Australian music industry.

Starting small back in 1999, Rogers began his career booking bands for a small music venue in Manhattan called The Living Room. With a keen ear for music he soon after landed an assistant manager role for Australian band Powderfinger with Paul Pitticco.
Since then Rogers has established himself as a key player in the music industry, internationally.

He is the founder of Lunatic Entertainment, a music management company that currently co-manages Gotye, D.D Dumbo and manages The Temper Trap, Mansionair and CHVRCHES.

In 2004, he founded the inaugural St Jeromes Laneway Festival alongside Jerome Borazio, which started off in the back alleys of Melbourne’s Caledonian lane. It has since grown to become a four country eight city festival, launching into Detroit later this year.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Rogers, with Adam Tudhope (Mumford and Sons, Laura Marling and Keane manager) would launch And Publishing, an international publishing company and joint venture with Kobalt.
