Geoff Kulawick is the founder and President of the Independent Digital Licensing Agency (IDLA), which provides global distribution and royalty administration for over 50 Canadian independent labels. Kulawick is also the president of True North Records, and Linus Entertainment/The Children’s Group, labels representing Gordon Lightfoot, Bruce Cockburn, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Matt Andersen, Del Barber, Ron Sexsmith, Chilliwack, Peter Appleyard, Ashley MacIsaac, Quartetto Gelato, Elizabeth Shepherd, Sophie Milman, and Downchild.

Prior to founding Linus Entertainment in 2001, Kulawick was the head of Artists and Repertoire for Virgin/EMI Canada, and Creative Director for Warner/Chappell Music, where he signed and developed such artists as Leahy, La Bottine Souriante, Choclair, The Boomtang Boys, The Tea Party, and Spirit of the West - all Gold or Platinum selling artists and released internationally.

Kulawick is on the board of directors of CIMA and MERLIN.
